III. Scope of Work
   A. Thorough Briefing with Building Managers/Owner's Representative
       1. Discuss process for the building and discuss every issue on
           Building Walkthrough Checklist
   B. Contain area to be remediated
       1. Set-up desired containment as per protocol for each project
       2. Set-up De-Con as required (Air Lock)
       3. Install HEPA filtered exhaust unit exhausted to exterior of building
       4. Ensure a minimum of four air changes per hour and maintain
           negative air pressure differential of 0.02 inches of water inside
           the work area

IV. PPE Minimum for Entrance to Contained Area
   A. Gloves
   B. N-95 Disposable Respirator
   C. Goggles/Eye Protection
   D. Disposable Coveralls

V. Perform Remediation I/A/W Protocol Developed by IH or Building Owner

VI. Post Clearance
   A. Upon Completion, final cleaning test, if required, will be performed
       and maintained until final results

VII. MSDS Sheets
   A. Fosters 40/20, 40/80
   B. Oxine
   C. Bleach
   D. Simple Green
   E. Any other chemicals requested by the Owner

VIII. Work Hours
   A. Flexible (Day, Night, Weekends, as requested)
